Cancellation Policy

Note: All Tallawah Immigration Consulting appointments are subject to a non-refundable $40 CAD fee and may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the intended meeting date. Cancellation at least 24 Hours in Advance: Discovery Calls canceled at least 24 hours before their scheduled time, may be eligible for a full refund, less any applicable processing fees. Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before their scheduled time, may be eligible for a partial refund, less the non-refundable $40 CAD fee. No-show appointments and cancellations less than 24 hours in advance: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment or provide at least 24 hours prior notice of cancellation will result in a 100% forfeiture of appointment fees. No refunds partial or otherwise will be given in such cases. Refunds for Professional Services: Tallawah Immigration Consulting offers professional services subject to non-refundable administrative fees once rendered. A detailed overview of applicable professional and administrative fees is provided within our Service Agreement for reference. Refund Processing Times: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of cancellation. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
